Erickson Senior Living is one of the largest senior living providers in the country. Headquartered in Catonsville, the company manages a national network of continuing care retirement communities, providing more than 30,000 residents with a vibrant retirement lifestyle and career opportunities for more than 16,000 team members nationwide.
Each community offers independent living and a full continuum of healthcare to support residents as they age in place. Maintenance-free residences are paired with robust amenities, including multiple on-site restaurants, a fitness and aquatics center, a medical center, and more for a convenient and engaging community life.
In alignment with the company’s mission to help people live better lives, Erickson is deeply committed to providing a positive and engaging work environment and supporting team members’ health, well-being, and financial stability. Intentional training and development help ensure that leaders are well-positioned to take on new challenges as the company continues to expand to meet the growing demand for senior living.

Since 2020, Erickson and its two communities in Baltimore County—Charlestown in Catonsville and Oak Crest in Parkville—have sent more than 20 leaders through the Leadership Baltimore County program, including Director of Treasury Georgia Ibar-Wynter.
“Leadership Baltimore County brings together high achievers with diverse perspectives, and that has been of great value to our leaders’ continued growth,” says Georgia. “I am still in close contact with my peers from the program and regularly connect with them to share ideas, advice, and support.”
“Here at Erickson, we thrive on a culture of excellence and diversity, which aligns well with LBC’s purpose,” adds Georgia. “We are grateful for all that our leaders have gained from this program and look forward to continued partnership.”
