Leadership Baltimore County (LBC) wouldn’t be where it is today without our team of fearless leaders. With so much heart and passion, the team is dedicated to building strong leaders to improve the Baltimore County community and region.

Greg Bell
Administrative Specialist

Greg is a relationship builder and fundraising professional who relocated to the greater Baltimore area from central Pennsylvania. Most recently, Greg raised funds for Goucher College after spending more than a decade working in major gift fundraising at his alma mater, Lycoming College, Williamsport, PA. During his time in PA, Greg partnered with and built a network of colleagues and friends in the community. Greg is a proud graduate of Leadership Lycoming, a similar community leadership program run by the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce. A product and advocate of the Liberal Arts, he is passionate about problem solving, critical thinking and genuinely connecting with others.

Greg is excited to network and develop relationships in his new community and has found a home Church in Monkton, where he is a lay speaker and member of the Church Council. Before moving to MD, Greg was the chair for his local Habitat for Humanity affiliate and was heavily involved in his Church.

Outside of work he enjoys yard work, spending time with family, practicing guitar and listening to music - especially spinning vinyl from his record collection. A native to the greater NYC area, Greg still follows his NY sports teams. He and his wife Katie are fans of the Finger Lakes wine region in upstate NY and Greg has hosted numerous spirit tastings over the years.

Greg looks forward to further exploring the Baltimore area with his wife Katie and two daughters, Annie and Marie.
