Leadership Baltimore County (LBC) delivers a transformational experience, bringing leaders together to build strong connections with peers and local decision-makers, all while strengthening their impact at work and in the community.
Since 1983, LBC has been helping people grow into more informed, engaged civic leaders. At the heart of it all is a 10-month, hands-on leadership program that’s immersive, inspiring, and rooted in real-world learning. And the experience doesn’t stop there, our active alumni network keeps the momentum going long after the program ends.
At LBC, leaders become more confident, better connected, and ready to lead with purpose.
