LBC has designated a special scholarship fund in honor of Elayne Hettleman, LBC’s founder and CEO of 30 years. This fund enables nonprofits and very small businesses to participate in LBC. Help make sure all voices are at the table!
You can make your donation for any of the above, or a general unrestricted donation to LBC, on our donation page.

After participating in this program, I clearly saw both the benefits to the participants as well as the greater community. Building a strong network throughout our community supports a diversified workforce and brings insight into issues that impact us as we do our jobs. This experience provided an understanding of how those decisions impact our community. One of the experiences that most influenced me was the Public Safety Day. It was truly one of the eye-opening experiences that made me appreciate the value Leadership Baltimore County provides to organizations in our community.
