Leadership Baltimore County (LBC) is pleased to announce the LBC Class of 2026! More than 50 leaders were selected from a competitive pool of applicants from across the region and across sectors and industries to participate in this transformational experience. View the class list below.
LBC ’26 embarked on their 10-month leadership program this week with a two-day immersive retreat at Pearlstone in Reisterstown. The cohort enjoyed getting to know their fellow cohort members, challenging themselves, and creating cohesive teams both as Retreat Planning Teams and as a whole.
Throughout the program, LBC ’26 will participate in experiential and interactive retreats to learn more about how Baltimore County works, meet its leaders, understand the community’s challenges and opportunities and how to affect positive change in the region. In addition, each member of the class participates in a 360° leadership assessment and one-on-one executive coaching sessions to gain insight into their own leadership competencies and strategize ways to maximize their strengths and mitigate their areas for development. They will end their journey by writing a personalized Community Leadership Plan laying out how they will invest their time, talent, and treasure to improve the quality of life in Baltimore County and our region.
Leadership Baltimore County’s (LBC’s) Signature Program is open to senior-level leaders (holding a Director or Vice President role or higher) who have demonstrated a high level of success in their field, an interest in enhancing their leadership capabilities, and a commitment to uplifting the the Baltimore County community by taking on volunteer leadership roles.
